Bill installed our underground fence over a month ago, and we couldn't be happier. Our labs can run around the yard and I don't have to worry about cars, or other dogs walking by. They learned after only a day or two where the perimeters are, and do not cross. Bill was timely, reasonably priced, and answered any and all questions promptly! Highly recommend him and his products!

I have two large dogs and one smaller dog. I researched underground containment systems and picked West Dakota DogWatch for two reasons: 1) owner and operator was knowledgeable, friendly, and local 2) battery life is 6-8 times better than other systems.
The installation of the underground system was completed over two years ago and have bought multiple other systems since then. West Dakota DogWatch is nothing but helpful and professional with me and my four legged family members.
I highly recommend West Dakota DogWatch to anyone with dogs!

We called Bill to set up an appointment to come over and install the invisible fence the day we purchased our home. This has been one of our best investments for our dogs. Not only are they safe but they stay in the yard and can run free without a leash. Since the purchase of the fence in 2017, Bill has been easy to get ahold of if I ever have questions or need help. Just recently we did landscape work and our fence needed to be fixed. Bill answered my call immediately and came over to fix it right away. If anyone is debating on working with Bill for an invisible fence, you won't regret it! If we ever move into a different home, Bill will be the first person we call again to set up a fence again!

I was about to lose my mind because we have a little a Yorkie, Pearl, who loved to chase squirrels, rabbits, birds, or anything that moved and wouldn’t come home. I had been tying her out on a long lead but there were times she’d get away when the door was open. I spent many hours and tears trying to find her around the area and was at my wit’s end. I called Bill at West Dakota Dog Watch and he came to install the hidden fence and train Pearl. I figured it would be a long haul but after about a half hour of training, she totally respects the fence. Saved my sanity and a lot of fear filled moments!! Woohoo!!

We have had the underground fence system for about a year on our 2 acre property. It really works great. Our dog had been running into the field next to our house all the time before the system was installed, and now he never does. The install was fast and very professional. Bill also showed us the proper way to train the dog to the system and was quick to respond to our follow up questions, even months later. Finally, Bill quickly came out and repaired a break in the line we had this summer. Very satisfied and highly recommend Bill and West Dakota Dogwatch!

Bill with West Dakota DogWatch is simply the best in the business. We have 3 large, hard-headed Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and couldn't imagine living life on our 5 acres without the in-ground fence system. We attempted to install our own fence 3+ times before and each time was nothing but misery and problems. I am so glad we finally got smart and called the expert - and it SAVED us money!! I looked into many brands of underground dog fences. They all left me unsure if I wanted to go that route. I'm the type of person that has a lot of questions I need answered before I make a choice. I met Bill with West Dakota Dog Watch. He was professional, passionate and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and then some. Bill went above and beyond, he came out and showed me my best options for our family and dog that worked with the layout of our home and land. Once it was installed, He took a lot of time teaching myself and my dog all that we needed to know to have a successful experience with our newly installed fence. Bill also routinely checked in on us afterwards to ensure that all our questions and concerns were answered and that our dogs training was continuing to be successful. If you are looking to go the underground fence route, I HIGHLY encourage it! I regret that I didn't do it sooner, but it worked out, because I don't think we would've gotten the quality fence, installation and hands on training we would've anywhere else than with Bill at West Dakota Dog Watch. I'd give 10 Stars if it were an option!
